  3. The source code and documentation for the Prospero Resource Manager (PRM) is 
  4. available in the compressed tarfile PRM.tar.Z in this directory. 
  5. Documentation includes a Userguide which mainly describes how to write 
  6. and run application programs using PRM. If you are interested in learning
  7. about how PRM works, a paper titled "Resource Management in Distributed 
  8. Parallel Systems" will be made available in this directory in about a week or
  9. so. This paper will appear in the Proceedings of the 2nd International 
  10. Symposium on High Performance Distributed Computing in July 1993.

  12. Other files in this directory pertain to the Prospero File System, used to
  13. organize files available from the Internet into a directory structure with
  14. customizable views, so that files of interest can be easily accessed.
